Please send only invoices to this address. Invoices are sent to the service as PDF attachments to an e-mail, and the attachments to the invoice must be in the same file as the invoice itself.

• You can send multiple invoices in one e-mail, as long as each invoice is a separate attachment. Each file must have a different name.
• The maximum size of an e-mail is 5 MB.
• The PDF files must be genuine PDF documents (PDF version 1.3 or higher).
• PDF files must not be locked or password protected.
• The outer dimensions of the document may not exceed 210 × 297 mm.
• The allowed characters for the name of the annex are the usual characters, a-z, A-Z, 0-9. You don’t use special characters to name the attachments.
